More than 100 of the nation’s top high school and college players convened in Las Vegas on Friday for the opening day of the annual LeBron James Skills Academy.

Two dozen college players and 80 high school prospects arrived at the four-day skills academy—hosted by three-time NBA MVP and reigning Finals MVP LeBron James—to refine their games and learn from some of the best basketball instructors in the sport. The players took part in organized skill development workouts on day one, then competed in front of hundreds of media members and NBA scouts on Saturday morning.
